Three principles that work
– Regularity matters. Eat 3–4 times a day at roughly the same times. This helps your body settle into a rhythm and makes appetite easier to manage. – Add a new habit. Before giving anything up, add one good habit — a handful of vegetables, a litre of water, breakfast. A new habit naturally crowds out the old one. – Track patterns, not calories. Within a couple of weeks of observing your eating it becomes clear in which situations you eat on emotion: stress, boredom or tiredness. Knowing is half the battle. – If you find it hard to spot the patterns yourself, our nutrition counsellor can help identify them and build a plan that suits you.
